Rough-legged Hawks: Light and Dark Morphs
I have had the chance to photograph a dark morph Rough-legged Hawk on Thursday January 13 and a light morph Rough-legged Hawk today Saturday, January 15th. Photographs of the dark morph were taken off Rt. 150 near State College, PA in Centre County and the photographs of the light morph were taken off of Kirk Rd. near Luthersburg, PA in Clearfield County.
