Hopes for a good day birding tomorrow

The weather forecast for tonight proves to provide a good waterfowl fallout at BESP. The weather is supposed to be fairly cold with rain. I am looking to add some more waterfowl to my Centre County list for the year including Common Goldeneye, Red-throated Loon, Red-necked Grebe, Eared Grebe, Black Scoter, and Surf Scoter. I am still searching for Snow Buntings, which have been reported at BESP over the past couple of weeks. Hopefully, I will be able to spot a Rough-legged Hawk along the way. If I can make it out, I will be joining Alex Lamoreaux and Anna Fasoli for the morning.
