Centre County Lapland Longspur
Nate Fronk, Jerod Skebo, Mark Mizak, and I observed the Lapland Longspur, which was a lifer for all of us except Nate, along Williams Rd. near Boalsburg this morning. The bird was among a flock of 30+ Horned Larks and was foraging on the road. It has been sticking around for a few weeks now as it has been reported recently in the same area with flocks of Horned Larks.
